2 teaspoons ginger (finely minced)
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or sherry
1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce (* for soy free alternative, try Coconut Aminos)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
