70 grams good quality 70% dark chocolate, broken up into small pieces (I used Lindt 70% dark chocolate)

2 cups grated raw beetroot (approx. 2 medium beetroots)

3 eggs
•
1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
•
2 teaspoons baking powder
•
5 tablespoons cacao powder
•
pinch of salt (himalayan pink salt or sea salt)
•
2 table spoons shredded coconut (optional)
