INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons oil for pan 4 pork chops (I usually use boneless, about 3/4 to 1-inch thick*)
1⁄2
 cup (120 ml) chicken broth 1⁄4
 cup (84 grams) honey** 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) low-sodium soy sauce or tamari 2 
tablespoons (34 grams) ketchup 1⁄4
 teaspoon garlic salt (or 2 cloves, minced) 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce***
