2 teaspoons McCormick® Ginger, Ground
•
1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
•
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
•
1 cup molasses
•
2 eggs
•
1 cup boiling water
•
Creamy Gingerbread Frosting (recipe follows)

Creamy Gingerbread Frosting: Pour 1 cup milk into medium bowl. Add 1 package (4-serving size)

vanilla instant pudding mix, 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger and 1/8 teaspoon
•
McCormick® Ground Cinnamon . Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 1 tub (8 ounces)
