2/3 cup dark brown sugar

3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•
1 cup whipping cream
•
1/2 cup whole milk
