1 1/2 teaspoons fresh, grated ginger

6 cardamom pods (for 5 pods substitute grd cardamon or 1/2 Cinnamon & nutmeg)

1 teaspoon mustard seeds (I used the black ones)
•
1/4 teaspoon paprika
•
sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste
•
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
