Garlic Butter Prime Rib Roast (with Au Jus)

7 pound Prime Rib Roast (bones cut and attached, my roast had 3 bones)
½ cup or 1 stick unsalted butter (room temperature)
5 cloves finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
4 tablespoons beef drippings (from the cooked roast pan)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ¼ cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
