2 cups confectioners’ sugar

5 large eggs, at room temperature

1 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup light brown sugar

20 tbsp (2-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature

for the ganache:
•
1 cup white sugar
•
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•
1/4 cup milk
•
1/4 cup butter
•
1 tbsp vanilla extract
