FOR THE FIRST FROSTING:
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 cup Evaporated Milk, Not Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 whole Egg Yolks, Room Temperature (save Whites For Frosting #2)
FOR THE SECOND FROSTING:
2 whole Egg Whites, Room Temperature
1-½ cup White Granulated Sugar
⅓ cups Water
¼ teaspoons Cream Of Tartar
1 Tablespoon Light Corn Syrup
1 jar (7 Ounces) Marshmallow Cream
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 bottle Or Jar Of Your Favorite Chocolate Syrup, Use As Much Or Little As Desired
