Ingredients: 1 stick unsalted butter, softened; 1/2 cup brown sugar, well packed; 2 eggs; 1 1/2 tablespoons milk; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda; 1 1/2 cups flour; 1/2 cup unfiltered apple juice (you also may substitute orange juice); 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves; 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 3 cups chopped pecans; 1/2 box white raisins (about 1 1/4 cups); 1 pound chopped candied fruit
