INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons flour (1/2 oz)
2 tablespoons cornstarch (1/2 oz)
2 large egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup of whole milk
1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 stick (114 grams unsalted butter, softened)
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar (240 grams)
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour (270 grams)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 heaping cup fresh blueberries
1 heaping cup (maybe a little more of cold pastry cream)
