INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 lb pork tenderloin cut into 3/4 inch thick pieces
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp seasoning salt [plus add'l as needed]
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil
6 Tbsp butter, divided
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
2 1/4 cups milk [1% or 2% works!]
