2 lb. Pork Stew Meat cut into 1-2 inch pieces
2 tsp. Kosher Salt, divided, plus a pinch or two for the cooked pork chunks
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, or to taste
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
Canola Oil, for frying, enough to cover the bottom of a skillet by 1/2 inch
2-3 Limes, for serving
Hot Sauce, for serving
