½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 large eggs
splash of water
3 cups plain panko breadcrumbs
chopped parsley, lemon wedges and cocktail sauce, (for serving)
