4-5 cups of flour for dredging and save some that left for gravy

3-4 Tablespoons salt

Vegetable oil
•
1 cup of butter, divided-some for frying chicken and some for gravy

2-3 teaspoons Chicken Better Than Boullion
•
3 cups of milk
