Fresh Biscuits from the Smith kitchen

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt ( I use Kosher salt cause it tastes better)
2 tablespoons butter(we use real butter unsalted),chilled not melted.
2 tablespoons shortening, chilled not melted
1 cup buttermilk, chilled
