2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp. baking soda
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
2 eggs
•
1 tsp. vanilla
•
1/2 cup canola oil
•
1/4 cup applesauce
•
For the Crumble Topping:
•
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
•
3/4 cup brown sugar
•
1/4 cup white sugar
•
1 cup all purpose flour
•
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
•
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
•
pinch of salt
