2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
4 cups chopped leafy greens (spinach, chard, kale, etc.)
1 freshly ground black pepper, to taste
6 whole-wheat burger buns
