1/2 tsp salt

115 grams butter, cut into roughly about 3/4 inch cubes

240 ml buttermilk or soured milk
•
1 egg
•
1 tbsp water
•
(If you don't have buttermilk simply add a tbsp of lemon juice or white vinegar to plain milk)
