"This recipe was taught to me by my late Aunt. It's a Creamy Cauliflower pasta, made with butter, onions, anchovies, currents, pine nuts and it's topped with toasted bread crumbs, that have a pinch of sugar stirred in them. My grand-daughter who is now 6, is a very fussy eater, but since she was 2, we kept telling her this was called "Flower Pasta" There fore, she tried it and liked it. It made us happy to see a recipe that's over 35 years old, being enjoyed by a little girl, who's fussy, yet she's eating something very healthy and home made, from a traditional family recipe...."
