1/2 cup cashew butter OR nut butter of choice. Sunflower butter will work too.

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats

1 tsp baking powder
•
1 tsp ground vanilla beans
•
2 flax eggs (real eggs work too)
•
Juice from 1 lemon
•
1 tsp lemon zest
•
1/2 tsp sea salt
•
1 pkg raspberries OR 1 cup raspberries
