1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp honey

2 prunes, soaked in water for a couple minutes (the longer they soak, the better)

2 cups rolled oats
•
1/2 tsp baking powder
•
1/4 tsp baking soda
•
pinch salt
•
1 tbsp brown sugar
•
1/4 cup dried cranberries
•
1/4 cup raisins
