INGREDIENTS

2 or 3 medium mashed potatoes (equal to 1 ½ cup mashed)
•
Water from cooking the potatoes + whole milk to equal 3/4 cup
•
2 teaspoons yeast
•
2 tablespoons olive oil
•
3 tablespoons honey
•
1 ½ teaspoon salt
•
3 – 3 ¼ cup bread flour (You may need a bit more for kneading.)
•
1/3 cup flax seeds, golden or brown
•
Olive oil for the bowl and for brushing the bread
