3/4 pound white fish (such as grouper or cod)
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup crumbs from wheat crackers (such as Wheatsworth), ground in a food processor or crushed with a rolling pin
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
