INGREDIENTS
Use any fish you like. A mixture between salmon and haddock is nice, with a bit of smoked haddock thrown in.
1 1/8 lb potato
10 1/2 ozs fish
1 onion (medium size, 160g each)
1 egg
5 3/4 tablespoons plain flour
4 1/4 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon capers
2 3/4 tablespoons fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 1/2 fl. oz milk
For the Frying:
2 1/4 tablespoons butter
1 fl. oz olive oil
