1/2 a red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of all spice
1 teaspoon of garam masala spice
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoons of paprika
3/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes ((more or less to your taste, or omit all together))
1/4 cup combined of fresh mint and parsley leaves
juice of 1 limes
2 tablespoons of plain Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of salt ((more or less to taste))
1 teaspoons of black pepper
