You can use canned applesauce, but if you have homemade, I’m sure that would work splendidly. It’s a delicious quick bread. Enjoy!

- BREAD:

3eggs

2 csugar

3/4 ccanola oil

2 capplesauce, unsweetened

1/2 csour cream or buttermilk

3 cflour

1 1/2 Tbspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

1 cchopped nuts (optional)
- TOPPING:

3/4 coats
-
3 Tbspflour
-
1/4 c+ 2 tbsp brown sugar

3/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 csoft butter
How To Make applesauce bread

1Beat together eggs, sugar, and oil. Mix in applesauce and sour cream. Combine dry ingredients and stir in. Add nuts if desired.

2Pour into two well greased and floured 9×4″ loaf pans. Can line with parchment if you want to. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 325° for 60-70 minutes. Or for 6 mini loaves 325° 30-40 minutes.
