INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Cut up 1-2 sweet potatoes (yam variety)

Step 2: Pour 1 cup of low fat buttermilk in a bowl.

Step 3: Combine 1 cup of plain bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Step 4: Dump cut up sweet potatoes in the buttermilk.
•
Step 5: Take potato sticks out of buttermilk with a slotted spoon, and then put it in the bread crumb mixture.

Step 5: Arrange fries on a greased baking sheet. Place in oven at 425 for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and no longer raw.
