INGREDIENTS
For the brownies:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon chocolate liqueur (can use bump up the vanilla to 1/2 tsp if you wish to skip this ingredient)
For the cheesecake:
1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
For the topping:
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
