Plain 0% fat Greek yogurt - 2-3 large spoonfuls

2 tbsp cocoa powder - I use TJ's, the BEST! Add more if you like.

2 scoops chocolate protein powder - I use TJ's whey
•
1 large handful spinach (you can omit)

Unsweetened Almond Milk
