Emeril's Restaurant Sweet Corn Muffins

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons buttermilk
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons melted and cooled butter
2 scant cups all purpose flour (spooned into the measuring cups)
¾ cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sugar, plus more for sprinkling
4 teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
