1 1/2 pounds ripe red plums, pitted and roughly chopped

5 whole dried pitted prunes, diced
•
1/4 cup white vinegar
•
3/4 cup light brown sugar
•
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
•
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
•
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
•
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
•
1/4 cup green onions, minced
