1 tsp garlic granules (or 4 cloves garlic)

1/2 tsp salt
•
5 drops stevia
•
1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
•
2 Tbsp white wine
•
1/3 cup beef broth
•
4 tsp tamari or to taste
•
1 1/2 lb ground beef (or ground or finely chopped chicken).
