Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs ground beef; 1 large onion (diced finely); 1 head cabbage (sliced into strips); 3 carrots (peeled with a peeler into long strips); ½ tsp onion powder; ½ tsp garlic powder; ¼ tsp red pepper flakes; 1 ½ tsp ground ginger; 1 tbsp minced garlic; ½ - ¾ cup soy sauce (I used a little over ½ cup); 2 tbsp sesame oil; 2 tbsp vegetable oil
