Egg Roll Bowl Recipe (great for meal prep or quick one-pan meal)

1 1/2 pounds ground pork
1 bunch green onions (sliced, green and white parts separated )
16 ounces coleslaw mix (make sure to get the one with red and green cabbage and carrots)
1/4 cup tamari sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 inches fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
1 dash black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
cooked white rice
spicy mayo (see notes for recipe)
sesame seeds
