1x 28 oz can petite diced tomatoes
•
28 oz hot water
•
4x Swanson Flavor Boost Chicken packets (1 packet is the equivalent of 1 cup of chicken boullion)
•
1x 32 oz bag frozen hash browns
•
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
•
1 tsp garlic powder
•
1 tsp onion powder
•
1/2 tsp garlic salt
•
1/4 cup shredded bacon
•
1 cup heavy cream
•
salt and pepper to taste
