1/4 cup chopped onions (raw)
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 legg (large)
1/4 cup all-purpose (or almond flour)
3 tbsp mayonnaise (I used Duke's )
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
