INGREDIENTS
1 slice hearty white bread
¼ cup slivered almonds
1 small tomato, peeled and seeded
3 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and seeded, or 2 cups jarred roasted red peppers, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. red-wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
~ Salt and black pepper
