4 cups of fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and diced

1 1/2 cups sugar, divided

1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
•
1 cup of self rising flour
•
1 cup milk
•
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
•
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
