½ tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp corn starch
1 tbsp Tamari or low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp dry sherry or Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp white vinegar
¼ cup low sodium chicken broth
1-2 tbsp hot chili sauce, ((Use only if you like your Kung Pao spicy))
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp corn starch
3 tbsp vegetable oil, (divided)
1 red bell pepper, (cut into thin strips)
2 cups sugar snap peas
3 cloves garlic, (minced)
2 tsp fresh ginger, (minced)
