INGREDIENTS
1 box (6 ounces) wild rice blend (I like either Uncle Ben's original or Far East brands)
3 cups cooked chicken and shredded chicken (I used Costco rotisserie chicken)
1 cup green grapes, cut into halves or quarters
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
