INGREDIENTS

4 cups small broccoli florets, (stems removed)

4 slices bacon, (cooked to a crisp and crumbled (turkey bacon works great, too!))
•
2 apples, (diced (I use Honeycrisp Apples))
•
1 2-inch wedge of red onion, (thinly sliced)
•
½ cup dried cranberries, ((I recommend using sugar-reduced dried cranberries))
•
¼ cup sunflower seeds
•
¾ cup plain yogurt, (low fat or fat-free)
•
¼ cup mayonnaise, (low fat or fat free)
•
3 tablespoons honey
•
1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
•
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
•
¼ teaspoon salt, (or to taste)
