1 cup milk

1/2 cup cream of coconut, plus more cream of coconut for brushing the baked layers
•
3 large eggs
•
2 cups sour cream
•
1 3/4 cups sugar
•
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
•
3 1/2 to 4 cups sweetened flaked coconut
