Salt & pepper (to taste)
Flour (for dredging)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter (divided)
7 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced fairly thin)
1 large clove garlic (minced)
3/4 cup marsala wine
1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
