3 TB butter, melted (I went with Land O’Lakes)

2 teaspoons of kosher salt
•
1 1/2- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
•
7 slices bacon -cooked and crumbled (or 1/2 cup bacon bits) *
•
1 or 2 stalks of green onion, thinly sliced (optional)
