Easy Bake Battle - Beef Wellington Pot Pie - Haley Herridge

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound sirloin steak
6 ounces prosciutto or bacon ((if using bacon trim off the excess fat) )
8 ounces mushrooms
1 shallot
1 onion
butter
paprika
salt
pepper
1 cup beef broth
4 TBSP worcestershire sauce
tomato paste
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 box puff pastry
1/4 cup (optional heavy cream) (if you want a creamier sauce vs more broth based )
