1 tablespoon Montreal steak grill seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced (2 cups)
12 unpeeled baby red potatoes (1 1/2 lb)
4 medium carrots, peeled and cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
