1 cup non-fat or low-fat chocolate milk ( i like tru-moo)

1/4 cup unsweetened green tea

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries
How To Make wrinkle-fighting smoothie

1Pour chocolate milk, green tea and mixed berries into blender and blend until smoothie has reached desired consistency. Pour smoothie into glass and serve cold.
