Ingredients For wrinkle-fighting smoothie

  • 1 cup non-fat or low-fat chocolate milk ( i like tru-moo)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened green tea
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries

How To Make wrinkle-fighting smoothie

  • 1
    Pour chocolate milk, green tea and mixed berries into blender and blend until smoothie has reached desired consistency. Pour smoothie into glass and serve cold.
