1 Tbsplime juice (1 lime)

2/3 cplain yogurt (whole, low-fat, or nonfat)

5 mdice cubes

How To Make watermelon lassi cooler

1In a blender, puree the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and yogurt.

2Add the ice cubes, and blend on high speed until the ice is slushy.

3Pour the lassi into two large glasses, and serve.

4Variation: Mint is an excellent addition to this drink. Add 2 tablespoons chopped mint to the blender along with the ice.
