Ingredients For watermelon lassi cooler

  • 2 1/2 c
    watermelon chunks, seedless
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice (1 lime)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    plain yogurt (whole, low-fat, or nonfat)
  • 5 md
    ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp
    mint, optional

How To Make watermelon lassi cooler

    In a blender, puree the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and yogurt.

    Add the ice cubes, and blend on high speed until the ice is slushy.

    Pour the lassi into two large glasses, and serve.
  • 4
    Variation: Mint is an excellent addition to this drink. Add 2 tablespoons chopped mint to the blender along with the ice.
