Ingredients For wake up smoothie

1 1/4 corange juice preferably calcuim fortified
-
1banana
-
1 1/4 cfrozen berries such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and or strawberries

1/2 clow fat siken tofu or low fat plain or vanilla yougurt
-
1 Tbspsugar or stevia for added sweetness
How To Make wake up smoothie

1Combine orange juice, bananas, berries, tofu or yogurt and sugar or stevia if using in a blender cover and blend until creamy.
